Renewal Radar Request the $149 pilot

For finance, procurement & software asset teams · 50+ subscriptions

Never miss another notice period.

Every SaaS contract has a quiet deadline — the notice window that closes 30–90 days before renewal. Miss it and the deal auto-renews on the vendor's terms. Import your subscription list and see every deadline, flag, and negotiation lever in one radar.

Renewals are won 90 days before they're due.

Practitioners describe the failure mode plainly: without renewal-tracking automation “it becomes lost”, contracts “auto-renewed without their knowledge”, and procurement ends up with no repeatable process. Radar gives that process a spine.

  1. 1

    Import

Upload a CSV or paste your list — vendor, renewal date, notice period, annual cost, seats, auto-renew. No account, no integration, nothing leaves your browser. Grab the template or load the sample to see the shape.

  2. 2

    Read the radar

A twelve-month renewal calendar with notice deadlines marked, risk flags for auto-renewals, overlapping tools and unused seats, and a live, assumption-transparent savings estimate.

  3. 3

    Act with leverage

Open any vendor for a negotiation prep sheet — key dates, utilization, leverage notes, prep checklist. Export every deadline to your calendar (.ics) and walk into the renewal call prepared.

This is the actual tool, not a screenshot. Load the sample company (14 vendors, clearly labelled sample data) or import your own list — the output below reacts instantly and is stored only in this browser.

Bring your subscription list

CSV with headers — vendor, renewal date, notice days, annual cost, seats, seats used, auto-renew, category. Dates accept ISO, MM/DD/YYYY or DD.MM.YYYY. Missing notice days? Set a default below.

What gets flagged

  • Notice deadline due ≤30 days — or already missed
  • Auto-renewal inside 90 days without a decision
  • Unused seats — utilization under 60%
  • Overlapping tools — two vendors in one category

Savings estimate = unused-seat waste + 30% of the smaller contract for each overlap pair. Assumptions are shown with the number — it prioritizes conversations, it isn't a promise.

03

Priced like a tool, not a transformation program.

SaaS management platforms price by headcount or by outcome. If you need a full platform, buy one. If you need the renewal calendar problem solved this week, that's this.

The market, at public list prices (Oct 2026)

OptionPublic priceWhat it is
Renewal Radar $149/mo flat Focused renewal calendar, flags & prep sheets
Cledara (Basic)£100/moSaaS management platform, entry tier
Torii$2.50–2.75 / employee /mo≈ $500–550/mo at 200 employees
Vendr · Vertice · Tropic$14.5k–120k /yrEnterprise programs, outcome-based

Why $149: it's roughly 45 minutes of the average software asset manager's time ($120,632/yr — salary.com) for a tool that never forgets a notice window. We'd rather earn the platform sale later than price the pilot like one now.

Straight answers

Where does my data live?

Entirely in your browser (local storage). No account, no server-side database of your subscriptions, no third-party scripts sniffing the workspace. “Clear workspace” removes everything on demand.

What if I don't know our notice periods?

Leave that column blank and set a default (30/60/90 days is typical) in the import panel — the radar applies it to rows without a value and marks those deadlines as assumed in the export. Check the contract clause when a renewal comes up; the prep sheet reminds you to.

How is the savings estimate calculated?

Two components, both shown inline: unused seats (annual cost × the share of seats not in use, counted when utilization is under 60%) and overlap candidates (30% of the smaller contract when two tools share a category). It's a prioritization estimate, not a promise — every assumption is printed next to the number.

Do you integrate with our finance or AP system?

Not yet — import from CSV or paste today, deliberately. Pilot feedback decides what's built next (integrations, SSO, multi-user). Importing a CSV export from your expense tool takes about a minute.

Why so cheap next to Cledara, Vendr or Vertice?

Because it's a focused instrument for one expensive problem — missed notice windows and unprepared renewals — not a full SaaS management platform with integrations and procurement services. When those become part of this product, pricing will change. Pilot signups keep their rate.

What do I actually get in the pilot?

The full workspace you see above (your data), ICS export so deadlines land in your real calendar, per-vendor prep sheets, and direct email support. Month-to-month; cancel any time.
